Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Houma, LA.
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Requirements

<li>Apartment leasing experience REQUIRED</li>
<li>Experience working in a multifamily/apartment community</li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Professional, dependable, and organized</li>
<li>Comfortable working with prospective and current residents</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Greet and assist prospective residents</li>
<li>Conduct property tours</li>
<li>Process rental applications and leasing paperwork</li>
<li>Follow up with prospects and applicants</li>
<li>Assist residents with questions and requests</li>
<li>Support daily leasing office operations</li>
</ul>
Qualified candidates should have prior apartment leasing experience
