What You’ll Do
- Guide prospects through the leasing process and secure new leases
- Ensure model units are tour-ready and appealing
- Maintain accurate resident/property files
- Promote the community through marketing & social media
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve resident concerns
What We’re Looking For
- Availability to work Saturdays (required)
- High school diploma/GED required
- Leasing experience preferred (customer service or sales background required)
- Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Strong computer skills; Entrata/social media a plus
- Ability to walk property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
- High school diploma or GED
