Apartment Leasing Professional

Hourly Pay: $20-$22

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, the leasing process, and move-ins. You’ll also assist with renewals, resident relations, and community events, ensuring our residents feel at home.

What You’ll Do:

· Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing

· Process applications, leases, and renewals accurately

· Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects

· Assist with marketing, outreach, and community events

· Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong communication and people skills

· Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred

· Detail-oriented with basic computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)

· Friendly, professional, and motivated to meet goals
