Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Boston, MA 02116
Duration: 01 Month Contract
Pay Scale: $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
Job Description:
- Support the setup and deployment of 62 workstations, monitors, and docking stations.
- Install and test monitors, docking stations, and other peripherals.
- Help employees connect laptops to docking stations.
- Provide in-person technical support to end users.
- Support conference room AV and meeting equipment.
- Test workstation and server network connectivity.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, 2-4 years of experience, and at least 1 year of desktop support.
- Preferred experience with Windows 11, Google Workspace, workstation deployments, and cable management.
