Compensation:

$25 - $30 per hour


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of grant writing to secure funding for our educational initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to support our mission and growth.
  • Coordinate and oversee marketing efforts to enhance our school's visibility and community engagement.
  • Plan and execute events that align with our values and foster community involvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify new opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with donors, ensuring consistent communication and appreciation.
  • Analyze and report on fundraising performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in grant writing and securing funding for educational initiatives.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic fundraising plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Proven track record of coordinating and overseeing marketing efforts to enhance visibility and community engagement.
  • Experience in planning and executing events that foster community involvement and align with organizational values.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to identify new partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on maintaining and nurturing donor relationships.
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting on fundraising performance to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
