Your Impact

• Precision inspections: Perform dimensional checks and product verifications using metrology tools and lab equipment; confirm conformance to drawings, specs, and control plans.
• Testing and validation: Execute test plans that meet customer and internal requirements; document results for audits and launches.
• Incoming material control: Inspect receipts and decide approve/hold based on objective evidence.
• Lab stewardship: Keep the Quality Lab organized, safe, and audit-ready; manage measurement equipment capability (e.g., MSA, gauge capability programs).
• Calibration management: Ensure instruments remain calibrated and functional; coordinate service and traceability.
• Data & records: Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and inspection histories.
• Continuous improvement: Investigate internal concerns and scrap, analyze trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Customer & supplier support: Collaborate on quality initiatives across the value chain.
• Systems savvy: Execute quality-related transactions in SAP and support product launches, validations, and special testing.
• Technical leadership: Provide training, coaching, and hands-on support to teammates; partner with Production, Engineering, and Materials to resolve issues and elevate standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 3+ years in a manufacturing quality role; automotive background preferred. Solid exposure to inspections, measurements, and testing processes.
• Technical toolkit: Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications; skilled with precision measuring tools; ERP familiarity (SAP preferred); strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strengths: Detail-obsessed, analytical problem solver; clear communicator; organized; effective independently and in teams; dedicated to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
