We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicians - WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATELY! We need general Maintenance, Painting, Carpentry, Plumbing/and or Electrical Specialists to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Our company manages properties all over the Upstate, including Anderson, Greenville, Easley, Clemson, Spartanburg, Union, etc. The job requires a vehicle and valid drivers license. Tools and a company van will be provided to go to job sites. Opportunity for overtime is available on a regular basis. We also need several general maintenance workers with experience in carpentry and painting. All maintenance experience is a plus! Plumbing repairs can include small minor repairs, and major line replacement repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Utilize software as required by company for time/expense tracking
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Represent Magnolia Property Management in a professional, courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance specializing in plumbing/painting/carpentry or electrical.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Valid drivers license, and vehicle
