Job DescriptionPosition would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship Required.
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline plus 5 years relevant experience; or a master's degree and 3 years of experience; or a Ph.D. and 1 years of experience. •Must be highly skilled in object-oriented design and C++ embedded software development. •Must have experience working with RTOS and/or bare-metal hard real-time application development. •Practical knowledge and experience with applicable software engineering processes. •Familiarity with Ethernet communications. •Contemporary design/development experience. •Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.•Ability to conduct effective meetings, discussions, and presentations. •Practical knowledge and experience with applicable software management processes •Practical knowledge and experience with applicable engineering development processes. •Familiarity with Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) and BAE Systems Life Cycle Management •Working Cybersecurity domain knowledge, specifically of Risk Management Framework and the requirements and process to obtain/maintain Authority to Operate (ATO). Ideally, the candidate would possess a cybersecurity certification. •Weapon system and/or combat
