ERP Systems Specialist
Drive ERP Success Across a Growing Manufacturing Organization
We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Specialist to support, enhance, and optimize our enterprise business systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business process challenges, supporting end users, improving ERP functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You'll play a key role in maintaining ERP operations, training users, developing reports, and supporting system upgrades while helping improve efficiency across multiple departments.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day support for ERP users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related questions.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation, including written instructions and video tutorials.
- Train and onboard new employees on ERP and related business applications.
- Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
- Support ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and customizations.
- Create and maintain reports using SQL, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Validate system data and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Work with ERP database structures and business data relationships.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Travel to company locations (approximately 20%) to provide system and infrastructure support.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of ERP administration or support experience (SAP Business One experience strongly preferred).
- Experience supporting ERP users in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL query writing.
- Experience creating reports using ERP reporting tools, Crystal Reports, SSRS, or similar platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as Dematic, Accellos, or similar solutions is highly desirable.
- Understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
