We're looking for an experienced Analog ATE Test Engineer to help bring innovative mixed-signal semiconductor products from development into high-volume manufacturing.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of design, product engineering, validation, and manufacturing, developing robust test solutions that ensure product quality, maximize yield, and enable successful production ramps. You'll have the opportunity to influence test strategy from early silicon through mass production while working on advanced technologies used in intelligent sensing and high-performance electronic systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Architect, develop, and release wafer sort and final test programs on the Advantest V93000 (93K) platform utilizing SmarTest 8.
- Partner with design and product teams to define and implement effective DFT and test coverage strategies for new product introductions.
- Support all phases of the product lifecycle, including characterization, qualification, engineering validation, and production test.
- Drive silicon bring-up, debug, and post-silicon validation activities to identify and resolve performance or manufacturing challenges.
- Develop and optimize ATE hardware solutions including load boards and production test interfaces.
- Analyze characterization and production data to improve test quality, yield performance, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Establish scalable and reusable test methodologies that can be leveraged across multiple product families.
- Lead the transfer of test solutions from engineering development into high-volume manufacturing.
- Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure new product features are fully validated and production-ready.

Required:
\n
- \n
- BS in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of relevant industry experience, or MS with 4+ years of experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Advantest V93000 (93K) test systems.
- Proven experience developing and debugging test programs using SmarTest 8 (SMT8).
- Solid foundation in analog and mixed-signal test methodologies and measurement techniques.
- Experience with silicon characterization, device validation, debug, yield analysis, and production support.
- Strong software development skills in:
- Python for automation, analytics, and engineering tools
- Java for SmarTest 8 test development
- Experience designing, debugging, and validating production test hardware and PCBs.
