Job Title: Technical Program Manager – Marketing Data & Automation
Location: Bay Area, CA
Work Mode: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Cupertino, preferably Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP, immediate or 1–2 weeks notice preferred

We are looking for a strong Technical Program Manager with experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, data platforms, and cross-functional program delivery. The ideal candidate should be based in the Bay Area and comfortable working onsite in Cupertino 3 days per week.
This role requires someone who can manage multiple workstreams, work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Growth, Data, and Privacy teams, and drive execution across marketing automation, audience data, integrations, and campaign operations.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Audience Operations
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy across systems and stakeholder teams
- Support data monitoring processes to proactively identify issues
- Translate campaign requirements into data logic and audience definitions
Project Tracking & Execution
- Track daily progress across marketing automation and data integration initiatives
- Coordinate testing, validation cycles, stakeholder updates, and release readiness
- Maintain clear documentation, timelines, project scope, roadmaps, and status reporting
Marketing Platforms & Integrations
- Support execution of marketing platform projects including automation, communications, and integrations
- Work with Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Growth teams to ensure data flows correctly across systems
- Help improve operational workflows and reduce manual effort
Demand Generation Support
- Partner with Growth teams to enable data-driven campaign execution
- Support audience segmentation, campaign readiness, and validation activities
Privacy & Compliance
- Ensure data handling aligns with GDPR, data retention, and privacy requirements
- Support validation and documentation required for privacy reviews
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, or technical program management
- Strong understanding of marketing domain, campaigns, audience operations, and marketing automation workflows
- Experience managing cross-functional priorities across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, and Privacy teams
- Strong ability to document requirements, define project scope, manage timelines, and coordinate technical estimation
- Experience managing multiple roadmaps and interdependent workstreams
- Strong product and technical orientation with focus on user experience and feature delivery
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in metrics-driven programs
- Understanding of metrics used to measure machine learning models and overall system quality
- Experience driving data validation, data monitoring, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to drive decisions, resolve conflicts, and influence outcomes without direct authority
Preferred Background
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM, audience segmentation, campaign operations, data integrations, or customer data platforms
- Experience working in large-scale technology environments
- Prior experience supporting privacy reviews, GDPR, or data retention processes
