About the Role
As a Construction Superintendent at Serrafin, you will oversee the on-site execution of commercial construction projects in the Duval and St. Johns County regions. You’ll collaborate closely with the project management team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure each job is executed safely, on schedule, on budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction.
- Proven track record in one or more of the following project sectors: healthcare, retail, restaurant, office, or religious facilities.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, project sequencing, and field operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety, quality control, and client satisfaction.
- Located in Northeast Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site meetings, coordinate among stakeholders, and maintain accurate daily reports.
- Uphold and enforce safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Serve as the on-site representative of Serrafin – embodying our values, ensuring our promise of transparency and excellence is met.
