Title: Enterprise Integration & IAM Architect
Location: Auburn Hills MI
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Integration & IAM Architect to lead complex identity, security, and integration initiatives in an enterprise environment.
This role will focus on designing and delivering SSO, federation (SAML/OIDC), and IAM solutions, while driving seamless integration across DealerCONNECT, internal platforms, and external partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement SSO, Identity Federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2) solutions
- Lead DealerCONNECT integrations and dealer onboarding architecture
- Design secure API & enterprise integration frameworks across multiple systems
- Executes at enterprise scale with startup-level speed ( "speed of AI”)
- Define identity access models (roles, users, onboarding workflows)
- Drive security, privacy, and IT governance standards and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, IT, Business, External partners)
- Remove technical blockers and deliver solutions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IAM / Security Architecture / Enterprise Integration
- Executes at enterprise scale with startup-level speed (“speed of AI”)
- Strong expertise in:
- SSO, Federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- API & Middleware integrations
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as:
- PingFederate / Ping Identity
- Okta
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Security & governance frameworks (NIST, ISO, GDPR, etc.)
- Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise integrations (preferred: DealerCONNECT / OEM systems)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
