Job Description

Title: Enterprise Integration & IAM Architect

Location: Auburn Hills MI


We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Integration & IAM Architect to lead complex identity, security, and integration initiatives in an enterprise environment.

This role will focus on designing and delivering SSO, federation (SAML/OIDC), and IAM solutions, while driving seamless integration across DealerCONNECT, internal platforms, and external partner ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement SSO, Identity Federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2) solutions
  • Lead DealerCONNECT integrations and dealer onboarding architecture
  • Design secure API & enterprise integration frameworks across multiple systems
  • Executes at enterprise scale with startup-level speed ( "speed of AI”)
  • Define identity access models (roles, users, onboarding workflows)
  • Drive security, privacy, and IT governance standards and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, IT, Business, External partners)
  • Remove technical blockers and deliver solutions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments


Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in IAM / Security Architecture / Enterprise Integration
  • Executes at enterprise scale with startup-level speed (“speed of AI”)
  • Strong expertise in:
  • SSO, Federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2)
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • API & Middleware integrations
  • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as:
  • PingFederate / Ping Identity
  • Okta
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Security & governance frameworks (NIST, ISO, GDPR, etc.)
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise integrations (preferred: DealerCONNECT / OEM systems)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
