Job DescriptionDo you take pride in maintaining clean, organized, and safe work environments? We are seeking a dependable Cleanroom Cleaner to help maintain a highly controlled manufacturing environment where cleanliness and attention to detail are critical to product quality. In this role, you'll perform specialized cleaning procedures, restock cleanroom supplies, and help maintain contamination control standards in a clean, climate-controlled facility.   • Clean and sanitize designated cleanroom areas, including production rooms, gowning areas, walls, floors, ceilings, and equipment surfaces.
  • Follow established cleanroom cleaning procedures and contamination control standards.
  • Properly wear and maintain required cleanroom garments and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Restock cleanroom supplies, including gloves, masks, shoe covers, sticky mats, and other consumables.
  • Maintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation.
  • Safely dispose of waste materials according to company procedures.
  • Identify and report facility maintenance concerns or contamination risks.
  • Support production teams by maintaining clean, organized, and audit-ready work areas.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
  • Perform additional housekeeping and facility support duties as assigned.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience

  • Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, manufacturing, or cleanroom experience preferred.
  • Experience working in electronics, medical device, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or high-tech manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • Previous experience following detailed cleaning procedures is beneficial.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing specialized protective clothing, including gowns, gloves, masks, and shoe covers.
  • Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks with precision and consistency.
