Job Overview
\n
We are seeking a Senior Cisco Voice Engineer with extensive hands-on experience supporting enterprise Cisco on-premises voice infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Session Border Controllers (SBCs), SIP signaling and call routing, voice encryption, certificate management, and VMware-based voice platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco on-premises voice solutions.
- Administer and troubleshoot SBCs, SIP trunks, call flows, and voice interoperability.
- Implement and troubleshoot voice encryption, certificates, and security controls.
- Resolve complex voice signaling, routing, and connectivity issues.
- Support voice infrastructure running on VMware.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to improve service reliability.
- Participate in scheduled after-hours maintenance and support.
- Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Senior-level experience with Cisco on-premises voice technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
- Deep understanding of SIP, SIP trunking, call routing, and voice signaling.
- Experience with voice encryption, TLS/SRTP, and certificate management.
- Experience supporting voice platforms in VMware environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
