**Telecommunication Field Technician
**- Elite Climbing & Safety Infrastructure: Safely navigate and work at heights (100 to 500+ feet) on monopoles, self-support, and guyed towers, maintaining absolute compliance with OSHA, NATE, and rigorous company safety protocols.

Forensic Inspection & Technical Mapping: Conduct comprehensive structural, foundation, and equipment inspections. Map tower geometry, structural modifications, antenna configurations, feedlines, and complex mounts with pinpoint accuracy.

Advanced Data Acquisition: Utilize specialized digital tools, cloud software, mapping applications, and high-resolution cameras to capture critical field data.

Data Integrity Management: Systematize, verify, and upload structured field notes, raw dimensions, and media directly to engineering servers immediately following site deployment.

Engineering Collaboration: Partner directly with our internal engineering team to review field findings, resolve anomalies, and contribute to the final assembly of structural analysis reports.

Experience: 1–3+ years of professional tower climbing, telecom installation, or structural field mapping experience.

Certifications: Active Authorized/Certified Climber and Tower Rescue certification required. Valid OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card required. (Company will sponsor advanced, ongoing specialty certifications).

Physical Capabilities: Mastery of working at extreme heights in varied Mid-Atlantic weather conditions, with the stamina to manage heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) safely.

Technical Proficiency: Strong aptitude for mobile field applications, cloud data storage, digital imaging, and modern mapping tools.

Analytical Communication: Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to write clear, technically accurate field logs that seamlessly translate to engineering reports.

Mobility & Compliance: Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record. Readiness for regional travel across SEPA and adjacent Mid-Atlantic territories.

Advanced expertise in telecom hardware identification (e.g., matching exact carrier antenna models, RRUs, and line types).

High proficiency in reading, interpreting, and redlining structural fabrication and construction drawings.
