Salesforce QA Tester
Location: McLean, VA

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce QA Tester with 10+ years of experience in software testing and strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Salesforce functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, API testing, and end-to-end QA processes.
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Software QA/Testing, with strong Salesforce testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM testing.
- Strong experience in Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
- Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, data model, workflows, Flows, validation rules, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Experience with API testing using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation and data verification.
- Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience with defect management tools such as Jira, ALM, or similar tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong experience with UAT and production validation.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
- Experience with API automation or test automation tools.
- Knowledge of Selenium, Java, or Python is a plus.
- Experience with Jira, Zephyr, ALM, or qTest.
- Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Banking / Financial Services experience is preferred.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
