The Real Estate Practice is consistently ranked among the nation’s elite by Chambers USA (Band 1 Nationwide) and other leading directories. You’ll join the real estate finance team in the New York office, working on sophisticated loan origination matters for financial institutions within a high-performing, nationally recognized practice.

What You’ll Be Doing
\n
- \n
- Represent financial institutions in real estate and asset-based lending transactions, with a focus on loan origination
- Draft and negotiate loan documents and related financing agreements
- Handle due diligence, closings, and transaction management
- Work with lenders and, where relevant, developers on purchase, sale, and financing matters
- Support complex real estate lending deals from start to finish

What They’re Looking For
\n
- \n
- 2–4 years of experience representing financial institutions in real estate and asset-based lending (loan origination focus)
- Experience representing developers on real estate purchase, sale, and financing matters a plus
- Strong academic credentials, communication, and client service skills
- New York bar admission required
\n
