What You'll Do

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you'll help maintain our communities and create a positive living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities

✔ Perform general apartment and building maintenance

✔ Complete routine and preventative maintenance tasks

✔ Respond to service requests and maintenance calls promptly

✔ Prepare apartments for new residents, including move-ins and move-outs

✔ Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs

✔ Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas

✔ Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations when scheduled

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least
• two years of maintenance experience OR
• At least one year of related experience plus six months of training in one or more of the following trades:
• • Electrical
  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Welding/Fabrication
  • Carpentry

Additional Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
• Access to a registered and insured vehicle for travel between communities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to providing excellent service to residents
