MG Oil is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in the Rapid City area!
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues and completing repairs to ensure facilities and equipment remain safe, functional and efficient.
Duties
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues
- Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with facility improvements, renovations, and special projects
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor as required
Must pass background check and have a clean driving record.
