Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing of healthcare applications.
- Perform hands-on testing of Facets-based applications and workflows.
- Develop detailed test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, and test data based on business and technical requirements.
- Validate healthcare insurance processes including claims, enrollment, membership, benefits, providers, billing, and eligibility.
- Execute test cases and document test results, defects, and testing status.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and clearly document defects using defect management tools.
- Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other QA team members to resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing following application fixes and enhancements.
- Validate data across application interfaces and databases.
- Participate in requirements and design reviews to identify potential quality and testing risks.
- Support integration and end-to-end testing across Facets and connected healthcare systems.
- Assist with test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure testing activities align with healthcare industry standards and client requirements.

Required Qualifications
\n

- 5+ years of experience in software QA/testing.
- Hands-on experience with Facets in a healthcare or health insurance environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare insurance processes and terminology.
- Experience testing claims, enrollment, membership, eligibility, benefits, providers, or billing functionality.
- Experience creating and executing test cases and test scenarios.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SQL for backend/database validation.
- Experience testing Facets interfaces and integrations.
- Knowledge of EDI transactions such as 834, 837, 835, and 270/271.
- Experience with API testing.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with healthcare data and HIPAA-related requirements.
- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
