You’ll work closely with founders, product and operations to turn messy healthcare workflows into software that actually makes a difference.

What You’ll Do

- Own projects from idea through to production
- Build and scale backend services, APIs, data systems and product features
- Make architecture decisions as the platform grows
- Improve reliability, scalability and observability
- Help shape engineering culture as the team expands

\n
You’ll Be Great At This If You
\n
- \n
- Have 2-10+ years of experience building production software
- Are strong in Python and comfortable across the stack
- Like ambiguity, ownership and solving properly hard problems
- Have good systems judgement and strong product instincts
- Can work well with non-technical teams and drive work forward independently
