Responsibilities:
- Fill in at various client sites across the Charlotte area as needed, covering open shifts and absences
- Conduct regular patrols, access control, and surveillance to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a timely manner
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate daily activity logs
- Enforce client-specific post orders and security protocols at each assigned location
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional, visible security presence
- Communicate effectively with law enforcement, emergency personnel, and site management when required
Requirements:
- Valid North Carolina Security Guard Registration or ability to obtain one
- Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple client sites in the Charlotte area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
