Our client, a leading energy and utility company, is hiring an IT Project Manager to join their team in Columbus, OH! This role will be onsite and looking for local candidates.

*This is a 4-month W2 contract with benefits offered*

In this role, you will lead and manage complex projects that consist of a combination of internal/external and labor/non-labor cost components. You will manage project budgets, risks, and resources while identifying potential issues and keeping projects moving forward.
\n
You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership providing updates and coordinating work to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

- Keep projects on track by reviewing progress and making sure work is being completed correctly.
- Stay ahead of potential issues and help find solutions when problems come up.
- Provide clear updates and documentation so everyone stays informed on project progress.
- Assign and coordinate work across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience managing projects and leadership across IT and business functions.
- Strong experience leading, coaching, developing, and working with different teams.
- Ability to build strong relationships with company leaders, key stakeholders, and team members.
- Experience with project cost management and resource capacity planning.
