The Concrete Finisher position involves precision in pouring, finishing, and preparing concrete surfaces while ensuring safety and quality compliance. Working primarily in small teams and reporting to the Site Supervisor, this role requires frequent travel between sites and the proficient use of hand tools, power tools, machinery, and heavy equipment.
Responsibilities
- Pour and finish concrete surfaces to meet project specifications
- Set up and dismantle formwork efficiently
- Handle materials and equipment safely and effectively
- Prepare job sites to ensure readiness for concrete work
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members on site
- Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and heavy equipment as required
- Travel frequently between various job sites to support projects
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete finishing
