Senior Property Manager

Our growing client in South Jersey is seeking Senior Property Manager to add to their team. This position will manage both commercial and residential properties in New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Qualified candidates will have experience with most of the following:

Lead and mentor a team of property management professionals and oversee daily operations.
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office, industrial, retail, and HOA properties.
Serve as a key contact for tenants, owners, vendors, and property personnel.
Oversee vendors, maintenance, property performance, and escalated tenant/owner issues.
Manage budgets, rent collection, expenses, and financial reporting.
Handle CAM reconciliations, lease administration, and lease abstraction.
Conduct regular property visits and assist with leasing and business development.
Improve and standardize property management processes as the company continues to grow.
