<p>Duties includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>Showing apartments</li>
<li>Ensuring the model and groups are in touring condition</li>
<li>Meeting with customers, residents, and vendors</li>
<li>Performing property and apartment inspections</li>
<li>Assisting walk-in customers and residents</li>
<li>Completing the move-in process with new residents</li>
<li>Entering and following up on work-orders and make readies</li>
<li>Maintaining onsite records and accessing information from records as requested</li>
<li>And other duties as assigned.</li>
