We’re seeking Office Cleaners, Lead Custodians, Custodial Supervisors, Janitors, and Floor Technicians to join our professional team. If you're detail-oriented and committed to excellence, we want to hear from you!

We're Looking For:

• Detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic

• Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning (preferred)

• Reliable team players with dependable transportation

• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings or weekends as needed

• Custodial Supervisors must have prior leadership experience in janitorial or facility services

Responsibilities:

• Maintain buildings in a clean and orderly condition

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom sanitation

• Meet or exceed client cleanliness standards

• Perform heavy-duty cleaning such as floor scrubbing and carpet shampooing

• Conduct minor maintenance and upkeep

• Organize and maintain custodial closets and supplies

• Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of cleaning equipment

• Custodial Supervisors will oversee cleaning teams, ensure schedules are met, perform quality checks, and provide leadership and training to staff

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, facility maintenance, or similar fields

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Supervisory roles require demonstrated leadership and team management experience
