The Pest Control Technician plays a key role in maintaining safe and pest-free environments by identifying pest issues and applying effective treatments. As a team member reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role involves local travel between sites and offers opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify various types of pests and determine appropriate control methods
- Maintain and service pest control equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Interact professionally with customers to assess concerns and provide solutions
- Handle and apply chemicals safely in compliance with regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pest Control Applicator License
- Strong adherence to safety compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Effective communication abilities
