Job DescriptionTHE ROLE
- Build and run a preventive maintenance program
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and get machines back up
- Manage the spare parts inventory
- Train operators on daily checks and basic upkeep
- Lead by example for a clean, organized shop and schedule/ organize periodic cleanup days.
REQUIRED
- 3+ years ofindustrial maintenance experience on CNC equipment
- Hands-on experience with high-pressure systems, hydraulics or waterjet pumps
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Basic electrical troubleshooting (motors, VFDs, sensors, control circuits)
- Patient and willing to teach others
- Able to lift 50 lbs
SCHEDULE
We're flexible for the right person. First, second or third shift, full-time or part-time, and weekend options such as Friday and Saturday are all on the table. Tell us what works for you.
