Reason for request:
- The temporary Analyst Quality Control & Analytics is needed to support a growing volume of reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis work that has exceeded the current team's capacity.
- Our internal resources are fully allocated to ongoing business-critical initiatives and do not have the bandwidth to take on additional analytical tasks without risking delays to key deliverables.
- This role will provide essential support in dashboard development for our executive approvals, and large scale data processing to ensure accurate and timely insights for leadership.
- The assignment cannot be completed by existing staff due to current workload constraints and the need for focused analytical support over the next several months.
- Bringing in a temporary resource will allow the team to maintain operational excellence while continuing to advance priority projects.
