This is an early-stage engineering position at a fast-growing AI SaaS company bringing intelligent coaching tools to in-person sales teams. You'll build full-stack features end-to-end at pace, help shape engineering culture, and grow your ownership as the company scales.
What You'll Do

Ship high-quality product features rapidly across the full stack.

Design and implement new features from scratch to advance the technical roadmap.

Build user-centric solutions with empathy, often in loosely defined or ambiguous project contexts.

Raise the bar for code quality and technical decision-making as the engineering organization scales.

Grow your individual scope and ownership alongside the company.

Contribute to recruiting efforts to help grow the engineering team.
What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend engineer building and shipping production applications.

Strong CS fundamentals; a CS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency in React, React Native, TypeScript, and Python.

Experience building 0-to-1 products in a fast-paced startup environment.

Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure); experience with infrastructure-as-code or DevOps tooling is a plus.

Customer-first mindset with a willingness to engage in user research and customer conversations to inform product decisions.

Entrepreneurial drive — prior participation in hackathons, entrepreneurship programs, or similar is a bonus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $185,000 – $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
On-site in New York, NY, five days per week.
