GL Staffing is seeking an experienced Onsite IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support for over 100 users in an office, laboratory, and manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network-related issues while partnering with a managed IT services team on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and server support.

Location: Miami Lakes

Salary: $55,000-$ 70,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and business applications.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID, including user accounts, password resets, licensing, and MFA.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 workstations and perform hardware deployments and imaging.
• Assist with server room activities, including hardware installations, cabling, equipment maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
• Respond to security alerts, document findings, and coordinate with the managed IT provider.
• Monitor system performance, backups, and network connectivity, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventory, and change records.
• Coordinate with software and equipment vendors to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of IT support experience, including at least 2 years in an L2 support role.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Windows 10/11, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs), and PowerShell.
• Experience with ticketing systems and technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Hyper-V, VMware, SonicWall, UniFi, NinjaOne, CrowdStrike, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, food, medical device, or similar) is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
