About the Role
The Retail Data Analyst Junior to Mid level will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and developing data collection systems that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques.
- Developing and implementing data analyses and data collection systems.
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
- Providing guidance and case studies to assigned user groups.
- Partnering with assigned user groups to act as the voice of the customer.
- Delivering internal customer success processes, including customer onboarding and ongoing support strategies.
- Delivering ad hoc project analytics and presentations as needed.
- Defining metrics for measuring C-Shopper program impact and customer satisfaction.
- Anticipating and removing barriers that slow down or prevent teams from delivering on project goals.
- Conducting and reporting on user group evaluations and feedback.
- Communicating effectively with other users and team mates to drive adoption and success.
- Continuously reviewing market and customer trends to improve user experience.
Qualifications
Junior to Mid level experience in data analysis.
Required Skills
