Job Title: Project Integrator

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Integrator to join our team on a fixed-term contract in Project Management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test.
  • Manage cross-functional teams in establishing scope, schedule, and budget of projects.
  • Work with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance with project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Establish methods and priorities between projects and activities.
  • Identify and report risks, and lead risk mitigation planning and execution.
  • Participate in safety and security processes to assess, contain, and correct potential product deficiencies with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirements and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present visibility reports for various organizational levels.
  • Coordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary.

Essential Skills

  • 1-2 years of procurement background in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, and purchase order.
  • Experience with SAP is ideal.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles.
  • Previous experience in development and certification Flight Test.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Natural leadership and proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with decision-making ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Wichita, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
