What We Look For
- An active real estate license and a genuine passion for representing buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
- The ability to prepare residential purchase agreements and listing agreements.
- Strength in evaluating properties to arrive at accurate values.
- A dedication to staying responsive and available for every client.
- Care in keeping all systems and CRM tools current.

Training
- Initial Onboarding: An 86-day structured program featuring daily coaching, training, and accountability.
- New agents are set up in all systems and start prospecting within 2 days of signing the team agreement.
- Ongoing Training: Weekly trainings, listing masterminds, one-on-one coaching, and sales meetings twice a month.
