Job Description

Job DescriptionLHH is seeking a Solutions Architect with deep expertise in wealth management operations and Salesforce CRM to design and deliver scalable technology solutions that support client servicing, portfolio management, reporting, trading, and investment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate wealth management requirements into scalable solution designs.
  • Architect and optimize end-to-end workflows across Salesforce, portfolio accounting, trading, reporting, and operational platforms.
  • Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, messaging, and data pipelines.
  • Improve client lifecycle processes including onboarding, portfolio management, reporting, billing, and service operations through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert, driving CRM architecture, data models, workflows, and SOQL-based data access.
  • Guide delivery teams through architecture decisions and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Produce technical documentation, validate delivered solutions, and oversee defect resolution and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Applications, or Systems Architecture.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including data modeling, workflow automation, integrations, and SOQL.
  • Experience designing integrations between SaaS applications and enterprise data systems.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business process design, system architecture, and data-driven decision making.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in wealth management, RIA, asset management, trust services, or financial services environments.
  • Knowledge of portfolio accounting systems, trading platforms, investment operations, and client reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with data architecture, analytics platforms, and AI-driven process improvement.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced technology organizations.

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
