We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the evaluation and implementation of a new PMO and work-management platform. This role will assess current processes and tools, gather business and functional requirements, compare potential solutions, and help move the organization through implementation and adoption.

This is a project management and systems-focused role, not a software development position. The ideal candidate has experience implementing or evaluating platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar enterprise work-management tools.

What You'll Do

- Assess current project intake, prioritization, resource management, and work-management processes.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Evaluate PMO and work-management platforms against organizational needs.
- Compare platform functionality and recommend the best-fit solution.
- Coordinate implementation, migration, and cutover activities.
- Translate technical requirements into clear business needs and project plans.
- Develop process documentation, training materials, and user guidance.
- Support adoption and enablement of the selected platform.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For
\n

- Experience leading technical or business systems implementation projects.
- Experience evaluating or implementing PMO, project management, work-management, or portfolio management platforms.
- Strong requirements gathering and business requirements documentation experience.
- Experience with project intake, demand management, prioritization, or resource management workflows.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- Ability to translate between technical requirements and business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting system implementation, migration, change management, documentation, and user enablement.
- Strong project ownership with the ability to manage work independently.
