Local Housing Company / Make-Ready Apartment Maintenance Pay: $16+Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5 (with on-call)
A Local housing community is seeking an experienced make-ready maintenance person. This candidate must have the ability to work on plumbing, drywall, HVAC systems, on-call & is expected to work in all weather conditions.
Job Duties:
- Needs to be clean cut, polite, professional, and have reliable transportation
- Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and framing experience.
- Perform routine maintenance around apartments, such as fixing structural damage, replace broken windows, doors, or drywall.
- Repair broken or leaky plumbing
- Working on damaged electrical wiring
- Maintaining the building HVAC systems
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injury
- Painting the building when old paint becomes faded or chipped.
- Grounds maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Previous HVAC experience
- Previous Plumbing experience
- Previous experience repairing sheetrock
- Must have a 7-year clean background
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Valid Drivers License.
