Compensation:
$100,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the home buying process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify properties that align with clients' preferences and budget.
- Coordinate and conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, aiming for favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance client satisfaction and team success.
- Stay updated on real estate trends and local market conditions to provide clients with the most relevant information and advice.
Qualifications:
