Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:What You'll Do

Meet with qualified buyers and sellers on scheduled appointments

Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations

Guide clients from consultation to closing

Negotiate offers and contracts

Follow proven sales and CRM systems

Convert appointments into signed agreements

Participate in ongoing coaching and training
Qualifications:
This role is best suited for agents who are:
- Licensed Florida Real Estate Agents (required)
- Motivated to increase income and production
- Comfortable meeting with clients and having real conversations
- Coachable and open to following proven systems
- Professional, consistent, and results-driven
