Key Responsibilities:

Internal: Management team & team members and everyone involved in the operation.

External: New team members, members, vendors, support businesses, hospitality associations, and everyone involved in the operation.

Duties:

• Maintain an adequate inventory of golf carts staged and ready for play.

• Safety checks all golf carts during the cleaning and staging process according to O.S.S guidelines.

• Notify Customer Service Supervisor of needed golf carts repairs.

• Monitor the stock of supplies essential to daily operations and report items needed to the Customer Service Supervisor. (Items include range balls, tees, scorecards, pencils, towels for carts and bag stands, cups and supplies for the range water cooler, cups and water coolers for gold carts, guest bag tags, and equipment to personalize bag tags)

• Clean all golf clubs when players return from the course or driving range. Interact with all players constantly to gather feedback regarding their play experience.

• Store member's clubs in the pre-assigned lockers and arrange overnight storage guests clubs.

• Set up driving range in the morning, ensure a constant supply of range balls throughout the day, and retrieve all range balls nightly.

• Wash all balls and have ready for set up the next morning.

• Work closely with Customer Service Supervisor and Pro Shop staff on all tournaments.

• Deliver beverages to the golf course when needed.

• Assist the Club Manager with on course needs.

• Retrieve collect and turn in lost and found items to the Customer Service Supervisor.

• Attend all O.S.S. meetings.

• Provide insight on guest services, suggest methods of improvement.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas.

• Assist in golf course marshaling responsibilities as needed.

• Duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Skills:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to effectively communicate with internal staff, members, and vendors

• Must possess a professional demeanor, and be a proactive self-starter

• Quick evaluation and decision making

• Strong comprehension of the English language (oral & written)

Physical Abilities:

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, talk or hear.

• Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms.

• Frequently required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

• Frequently required to lift and/or move 25-50 pounds.
