We are currently seeking mechanically inclined individuals with basic electrical understanding for immediate openings in our maintenance department. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Tier 1 Honda Supplier facility. Your primary responsibility will be to tackle urgent matters and keep production lines running, with approximately 95% of your role dedicated to resolving immediate issues. You will address mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems within the facility, working with robotic welders, tube benders, and other machinery. Additionally, you will perform simple troubleshooting of electrical cabinets using a volt meter and replace components such as motors, rollers, chain conveyors, photo eyes, and proxy switches. Candidates must be able to read Ladder Logic and make slight modifications.
Responsibilities
- Address mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues within the facility.
- Perform troubleshooting of electrical cabinets using a volt meter.
- Replace components such as motors, rollers, chain conveyors, photo eyes, and proxy switches.
- Read and modify Ladder Logic.
- Work with robotic welders and tube benders to ensure smooth operation.
- Ensure timely resolution of urgent matters to keep production lines running.
Essential Skills
- Industrial Maintenance Experience (1+ years) OR Military Maintenance Experience
- Hydraulic experience
- Pneumatic experience
- Basic Electrical troubleshooting (up to 24 Volts)
- Ability to read a meter
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- PLC Troubleshooting (preferred)
- Just in time delivery experience in an automotive environment (preferred)
- Problem-solving skills
- Urgency in task execution
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends

Work Environment
This position is within an automotive seat manufacturing facility with over 15 production lines operated by robotic welders. The facility employs 597 employees working across three shifts. Currently, there are two openings for the 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am). The role may require flexibility to work on weekends and up to 60 hours per week. The facility is clean and climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable work environment.

The pay range for this position is $54870.00 - $71760.00/yr.
