Required Qualifications

<li>4+ years of professional experience in endpoint management and Microsoft 365 administration.</li>

<li>Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.</li>
\n
<li>Strong understanding of modern endpoint management technologies and practices.</li>
\n
<li>Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise applications.</li>
\n
<li>Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.</li>
\n
<li>Experience with one or more of the following:</li>
\n
<li>Microsoft Teams</li>
\n
<li>OneDrive for Business</li>
\n
<li>Exchange Online</li>
\n
<li>Active Directory</li>
\n
<li>Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD</li>
\n
<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.</li>
\n
<li>Experience working in a production support environment.</li>
\n
<li>Strong communication and documentation skills.</li>
\n
<li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams.</li>
