Regal Staffing Services of Arlington is partnering with a manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX (76011) to add reliable Industrial Perimeter Security Officers who thrive outdoors and take pride in protecting people, property, and processes.
A day in this role
You arrive prepared for the elements and ready to set the tone for a safe shift. You manage vehicle and pedestrian entry at access points, verify credentials, and keep traffic moving. Between gate activity, you conduct methodical exterior patrols around the property and perimeter fencing, keeping an eye on cameras and alarms, and responding decisively to anything out of the ordinary. Each interaction is documented, each incident recorded accurately, and company security policies are applied consistently to protect employees, visitors, and assets.
Compensation
$21.00 per hour

A Shift
- Sunday – Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
B Shift
- Sunday – Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
C Shift
- Thursday – Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
D Shift
- Thursday – Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Wednesday: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Core responsibilities
- Control and document entry/exit at facility access points
- Conduct routine outdoor patrols of grounds and perimeter areas
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns
- Apply company policies and security procedures consistently
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
- Complete accurate security logs and detailed incident reports
- Assist with follow-up investigations as required
What you bring
- Valid Level II Security License
- At least 1 year of security experience preferred
- Clear communication, sharp observation, and sound problem-solving
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfort working outdoors for extended periods in all weather (heat, cold, wind, rain)
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for long stretches
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
