HRIS Administrator (ADP Workforce Now)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an HRIS Administrator who will be responsible for the configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of ADP Workforce Now. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of ADP Workforce Now’s features, capabilities, administrative functions, and best practices, as well as a passion for solving business challenges through innovative solutions.

This role ensures the system functions at peak efficiency, supports end users, and collaborates with vendors and cross-functional teams on enhancements and integrations. The Administrator will leverage ADP Workforce Now tools and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and support strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze support tickets and business requests to identify system improvements and deliver effective HRIS enhancements.
  • Build and maintain automation using Flows, approval processes, and other declarative tools to streamline and optimize HR processes.
  • Configure and manage ADP Workforce Now fields, validation rules, page layouts, and system settings to support evolving business needs.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure employees fully leverage ADP Workforce Now and related systems.
  • Support system testing, change management, and deployment activities to ensure accurate, controlled, and seamless updates.
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, compliance, and governance standards are consistently maintained across the platform.
  • Administer and manage user access, roles, permissions, profiles, and licensing to ensure appropriate system usage and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate evolving business requirements into scalable and sustainable system configurations.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of system architecture, configurations, integrations, and processes.
  • Stay informed on ADP Workforce Now best practices, new releases, and enhancement opportunities to continuously improve system performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience administering and supporting ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data exports, imports, validation, and manipulation to support reporting and system maintenance
  • In-depth knowledge of ADP Workforce Now architecture, including user roles and permissions, workflows, automation tools, and system configuration best practices
  • Experience developing effective reports and dashboards tailored to business needs
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining clear, accurate, and consistent documentation for system configurations, business processes, and technical specifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Possess an analytical mindset with a strong focus on root cause analysis and the development of scalable, sustainable solutions
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and flexible; able to multitask and set priorities while driving toward clarity and solutions
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Preferred Office Location: 507 West Newton Street, Greensburg, PA 15601 (Hybrid or Remote Work Options Available)
