We’re seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support via phone and live chat in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Requirements:

- High school diploma/GED
- 2–5 years of IT Service Desk or customer support experience
- Technical support via phone/chat
- Windows and strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with ticketing systems preferred

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT issues
- Document and resolve support tickets
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Support multiple requests while maintaining excellent customer service
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
