You'll guide a high impact engineering team, stay hands on with complex cloud challenges, and shape a secure, scalable, modern cloud ecosystem that fuels business growth. What You'll Do

<li> Lead and develop a top tier Microsoft 365/Azure engineering team</li>
<li> Own the health, security, and roadmap for M365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID)</li>
<li> Drive Azure architecture, optimization, cost management, and operational excellence</li>
<li> Partner across Cybersecurity, applications, and architecture to deliver resilient cloud solutions</li>
<li> Ensure high availability, strong governance, and best practice cloud operations</li>
<li> Translate new Microsoft innovations into business value</li>
</ul>
