Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Manage project(s) utilizing standard project management tools and techniques

\n

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple projects

\n

• Establish and utilize a comprehensive project plan to monitor and report project deliverables

\n

• Coordinate in resolving issues, addressing risks; escalate concerns, and facilitate decision-making

\n

• Develop and implement key metrics to measure/report the progress and value of the project

\n

• Conduct/Steer different scrum events such as Daily Standup, Grooming and Planning, Demo, Retrospective/Lesson Learned session to help implement departmental vision of Agile

\n

• Nurture an environment where project issues can be raised without any fear of blame, or being judged

\n

• Work with management to achieve efficiencies across multiple projects and to implement lesson learned

\n

• Work with intra/inter-departmental Project Manages and Scrum Masters to facilitate dependencies

\n

• Provide concise project status report in a different form with appropriate details considering the audience (project team, stakeholders and executives) in a regular or as requested basis

\n

• Create and maintain ‘as is’ or ‘to be’ workflow and other system documentation for ongoing project

\n

• Proactively identify trends in project implementation and recommend process improvement

\n

• Other responsibilities as assigned by department management

\n

Required Qualification:

\n

\n
• IT Project Management experience (3+ years)

\n

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodology (3+ years)

\n

• Hands-on Scrum Master experience (2+ years)

\n

• Experience working with tools VSTS, ALM, Jira or Version One

\n

• Strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals

\n

• Diplomatic, flexible, and ‘easy to work with’ personality

\n

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

\n

• Ability to perform planning for multiple initiatives/projects, managing all tasks required to provide services to meet business needs within the timeline and the budget

\n

• Ability to effectively manage project scope, and communicate with partners in IT, business, and vendors

\n

• Good computer skills, including experience in tools like MS Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and others

\n

• Hands-on experience with any agile collaboration tool(s)

\n

Preferred Qualification:

• PPM Certification

\n

• PSM/CSM Certification

\n

• Prior Banking domain experience
