Maintenance Director

Responsibilities:

Oversight of all maintenance and repair activities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting

Development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime

Management of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance

Coordinating repairs and maintenance with outside vendors and contractors

Ensuring compliance with all safety codes, regulations, and company policies

Managing inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment

Collaborating with other departments to ensure that maintenance and upkeep is aligned with the overall goals of the community

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
